Product Design Intern

Join our design team in Minneapolis as a Product Design Intern. The design team imagines the best experiences for our users and inspires the company to build them. Every design has an immediate, highly visible impact on our products, users, and team.

Your Role

• Advocate for and empathize with users
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, and marketing partners
• Create user-centered designs with immediate product impact
• Participate in discovery, solutioning, and iteration processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Business, Economics, Sales, or Communication
• Portfolio of work to be submitted and reviewed
• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or XD (Figma preferred)
• Self-starter who is creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented
• Experience working collaboratively on designs

Compensation

$24-$46 per hour.
