What You'll Do

• Shadow producers, consultants and underwriting teams to understand consultative selling
• Attend National Intern Orientation, weekly training, and case competitions
• Participate in national and regional sales competitions
• Learn about Risk Management, Benefits, Wholesale, and Claims businesses
• Help with regional and branch projects

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Actively enrolled and in good academic standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for learning and professional development
